Transracial Adoption Every transracial adoptee’s story is unique but among adoptees who struggle there are four unique challenges that they commonly report. These are a lack of diversity & affinity connection in their neighborhoods & educational circles; racism, especially from adoptive family members; lack of connection to their birth culture; and struggles with racial and cultural self-identity. Therapy is designed to affirm and empower.

Women’s Mental Health Women are impacted by biological, social, and psychological factors. Hormonal fluctuations, including those during puberty, pregnancy, and menopause, can affect mood and mental health. Women can face specific challenges, such as postpartum depression and issues related to reproductive health, requiring gender-sensitive mental health care.

LGBTQIA Mental Health Individuals may face distinct challenges related to their sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression. Services are designed to support, affirm, and understand, and include Affirmative Therapy.

Anti-Bias and Anti-Racism (ABAR) Consultation & Coaching A safe and nuanced space for leaders of school systems and other organizations to unpack the political pressures of the job and receive support on leading courageously with an ABAR lens.

Groups Nature-focused groups for those who are interested in deepening their relationship with the Earth. Many of us are so estranged from the natural world that we hardly know what an intentional relationship with nature even looks like. The focus of this clinical nature group is to enjoy a calmer body, a clearer mind, and more courageous heart - not just in nature, but in collaboration with nature. Group availability is dependent on minimally four participants interested and available at the same time.
